Description:
CorVel Corporation is seeking a Data Verification Analyst to support its Bill Review department through accurate data verification, document processing, and administrative support. This remote position is suitable for detail-oriented professionals who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
The selected candidate will be responsible for validating incoming data, preparing and processing medical bills, supporting clerical operations, and assisting with communication tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the bill review department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate incoming data within the Bill Review system.
• Identify and apply customer-specific rules and processes.
• Prepare and scan medical bills and complete required data entry tasks.
• Monitor data verification queues and communicate workload updates with supervisors.
• Support the Bill Review department with assigned clerical responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a professional office environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
