The organization is currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist to support strategic analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address complex business challenges
- Analyze both structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define objectives and translate requirements into data-driven strategies
- Contribute to model building, validation, testing, and ongoing performance monitoring

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, or Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in analytics or data science roles
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling
- Experience working with SQL and/or SAS
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning principles
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical insights to business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve technical or project-related challenges
- Experience working with large and diverse datasets using advanced analytics tools
- Strong background in predictive modeling and applied machine learning
- Previous experience collaborating within remote, distributed teams
