Position Summary
As a Data & Reporting Associate at Vocal Media, you’ll help measure campaign impact and surface insights that guide strategy. You’ll gather, clean and analyze data from influencer and digital campaigns, create clear dashboards and reports, and support teams and clients in understanding performance and learning from results.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report on campaign KPIs across social platforms and influencer activity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports using third-party analytics tools and in-house systems.
  • Translate data into concise, actionable insights and contribute to post-campaign summaries.
  • Maintain documentation and data pipelines to ensure repeatable, auditable analysis.
  • Tag and categorize content to enable richer analysis and segmentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years in a data-related role (early-career candidates encouraged).
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, analytical curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and comfort working with social metrics are advantageous.
  • Interest in social impact and digital culture is preferred.
