About the Role:

This Data Quality Specialist role involves working across both platforms, supporting data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights. You will operate in a dynamic, collaborative international environment while helping shape data practices that drive business decisions.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business needs.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain BI solutions using Looker, SQL, and Python.
- Conduct impact analysis for new business requirements on existing BI frameworks.
- Build tools and processes to monitor, detect, and flag data quality gaps within BI applications.
- Develop self-service analytics solutions for internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data infrastructure, quality, and management processes.
- Support stakeholders in understanding and utilizing data effectively.
- Provide training on BI tools and promote data-driven decision-making.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or Data Analyst.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Looker application development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL coding.
- Skilled in data modeling, business logic, and DWH design.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver quality results on time.
- Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data visualization best practices.
- Highly collaborative and proactive in a team environment.
