About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous Data Processing Clerk to join our Administrative team on a full-time, hourly basis. In this role you’ll ensure the integrity and timely processing of critical business data, supporting internal teams by maintaining accurate records and producing useful reports. This position suits someone who values precision, deadlines and clear communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enter and manage data accurately across multiple systems and databases.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval and secure storage.
  • Sort, review and prioritize incoming documents and data for processing.
  • Generate reports and summaries from processed data for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to clarify requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Protect confidential information and follow company data-security procedures.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, processing or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in data management are advantageous.

Pay Range:
