Job Summary:
The Data Processes Manager will lead a team of data stewards to manage master data design and ensure smooth ERP system adoption. This role requires expertise in functional processes, data mapping, and change management to support the implementation of a modern ERP system. The manager will ensure end users are trained, supported, and coached for long-term system success. This position includes periodic domestic travel up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Master Data
• Data mapping, cleansing, and creation
• PIR creation (min, max, ROP)
• Material standardization
• Understand future-state ERP system design, business implications, and interdependencies
• Collaborate with leadership to make trade-off recommendations and provide strategic guidance

ERP Deployment, Training & Sustainability
• Support SAP training material development
• GRNI cleanup for go-live
• BOM cleansing and open PO clean-up
• Monitor data integrity, process adherence, and resolve issues during ERP go-live
• Develop ongoing training and user adoption strategies

Job Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in master data, supplier segmentation, purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or related functional areas
• Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP implementation team participation
• Process improvement experience during operational culture shifts
• Training and change management expertise
• Project management skills to effectively deploy resources and monitor timelines
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and develop innovative improvement ideas
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
