The Data-Labeling Specialist will be responsible for collecting, annotating, and recording high-quality data for AI model training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of following precise instructions, and able to work independently to meet deadlines. This role is particularly suited to individuals experienced with professional software tools and comfortable navigating staged workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record screen sessions demonstrating specific tasks with clear verbal narration.
- Annotate screenshots of professional software using accurate bounding boxes.
- Follow staging instructions to set up specific user interface (UI) states before recording.
- Utilize a custom capture tool to ensure workflows are recorded consistently and accurately.
- Adhere to detailed task guidelines to maintain data quality and usability.
- Work independently to complete tasks within tight deadlines to support AI model performance.
Qualifications – Must-Have:
- Strong familiarity with professional software tools such as MATLAB, Origin, Stata, and EViews.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines effectively.
- Access to a physical Mac and ability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with data collection, annotation, or quality assurance.
- Experience recording or documenting workflows.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and staged environments.
