Pharmbills is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join its growing international team. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working with structured data, multiple systems, and fast-paced, process-driven environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate referral and operational data across CRM platforms and hospital systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume data tasks while following strict compliance and workflow standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update referral and operational data into CRM systems (including Salesforce)

• Work across multiple platforms such as hospital EMRs and internal tools

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all data entries

• Handle high-volume data entry tasks while meeting productivity targets

• Communicate with team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow

• Follow established procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements

• Maintain organized records and support ongoing data quality improvements

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage)
