Description:
Lids is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our corporate office team. This role is responsible for performing high-volume data entry tasks, including tallying and verifying merchandise order forms, ensuring accuracy, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter purchase orders into the system accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate and process store transfers
• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on speed and accuracy
• Follow up on missing or incomplete information and resolve discrepancies
• Provide coverage for other departmental duties as needed (e.g., receptionist)
Requirements & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree in a business-related field
• 1–2 years of high-volume data entry experience in an office setting
• Customer service experience is an advantage
