Vitality Group Inc. is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service while processing electronic submissions from our members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA, and capable of meeting daily data entry quotas.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Accurately process member submissions and consistently meet daily quotas.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential member information following HIPAA regulations.
  • Follow specific instructions and established procedures accurately.
  • Document and record member information effectively.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with PC operations and navigation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in data entry and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Prior experience in data entry roles is advantageous.
