This role focuses on accurately managing and entering data from dispensary operations across multiple locations, ensuring integrity and consistency in our backend systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle remote data entry tasks for CSV files from dispensary operations
• Input accurate data into the backend POS system for 60+ shops
• Maintain high data integrity and ensure consistency across systems
• Utilize Excel spreadsheet functionalities to manage and organize data effectively
• Demonstrate strong typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
• Collaborate with team members and support ongoing operational needs through effective communication
