Description
Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a Administrative Assistant to provide crucial administrative data management support for our energy efficiency team.
As An Administrative Assistant, You Will
- Play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by reviewing and inputting data properly into relevant databases and other software systems.
- Assist in various administrative tasks such as composing emails to our clients, generating reports, summarizing data, proofreading and editing materials to maintain professional and accurate communication.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and propose improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- This position reports to the Program Manager and plays a key role in helping PSD deliver a successful energy efficiency program.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Aptitude for learning new software tools
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability is advantageous.
Additional Details
- Physical Demands: Frequent computer use requiring periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration.
- Work Environment: Office work performed in a collaborative environment with a high degree of independence.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel, 1-3 events a year.
