In this role you’ll ensure data accuracy across customer records, service logs, invoices and other critical systems—helping the field and office teams deliver timely, efficient service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer details, service records, invoices and related data into internal systems accurately and on schedule.
- Review data for errors, missing fields or inconsistencies and correct entries as needed.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems to protect data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with customer service, technicians and office staff to ensure seamless information flow between departments.
- Generate routine reports and respond to data requests from management.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detailand high level of accuracy.
- Fast and accurate typing skills; comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM or service management software is a plus.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
