The Role
We are seeking a dependable Data Entry professional to support customer operations and back-office functions. This role blends customer-facing communications with administrative and basic accounting tasks, helping ensure orders, records, and financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Handling inbound customer calls and emails professionally and resolving routine inquiries.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered correctly.
  • Escalating customer feedback or issues to the appropriate teams for follow-up.
  • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining up-to-date records in company systems.
  • Assisting with filing, scanning, and general administrative duties.
  • Documenting financial transactions, managing accounts receivable/payable entries, posting transactions in the accounting system, and preparing bank deposits.
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the team as required.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related administrative role—experience in internet or professional services is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks is desirable.
  • Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can work with multiple stakeholders and enjoys finding practical solutions.
