WE’RE HIRING — DATA ENTRY PROCESSOR (FULLY REMOTE)

Covenant Constructors LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Processor to support our commercial and utility construction operations. This fully remote position plays a vital role in processing, verifying, and maintaining project data so onsite teams and stakeholders can rely on accurate, timely information. You’ll work closely with remote project managers and operations staff to keep records current, produce reports, and help streamline remote workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming data files and documents accurately and enter information into databases and systems from your remote workspace.
• Verify data for correctness, completeness, and consistency to support remote operations and onsite teams.
• Manage, archive, and coordinate access to digital and paper records with remote stakeholders.
• Generate reports and summary metrics to support remote monitoring of project performance and data health.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations staff, and administrative teams to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Propose and implement improvements to remote data entry workflows and tools to increase efficiency.
• Support remote audit and compliance activities by ensuring documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, following company policies and data protection best practices.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in data management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, records management, administrative support, or similar roles; prior remote work experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel), database systems and common office software; comfortable using remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with remote and onsite team members.
