This fully remote, entry-level role supports our mission to deliver practical, growth-focused IT solutions by ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and well-maintained across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update information across multiple databases and systems.
- Validate data and correct any discrepancies to maintain high data integrity.
- Perform routine backups and assist with data preservation tasks.
- Retrieve, organize, and prepare data on request for colleagues and reporting.
- Assist in producing reports and concise data summaries.
- Follow established data-entry procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate with team members to clarify requirements and surface data issues.
- Report any data-related problems to supervisors for resolution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further study in a related field is beneficial.
- Strong typing ability with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
- Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
