Description:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry professional to support our Maintenance & Operations team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate operational records and ensuring smooth coordination between maintenance activities and spare parts management.

This position involves handling data entry tasks related to vehicles and equipment, maintaining updated records of spare parts, and coordinating with internal teams as well as external suppliers and agencies. The role requires strong accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational data sources efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly detail-focused and has experience working in maintenance, automotive, or operational support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update maintenance and operational data accurately
• Maintain records of spare parts for vehicles and equipment
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers
• Communicate with spare parts dealers and local agencies
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in systems
• Support maintenance team with operational reporting

Requirements:
