As Pincanna continues to expand in health, wellness, and fitness, they are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Keyer to ensure the accuracy and integrity of company data. This role is crucial in supporting the company’s high standards for product and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and validations
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data trends
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and accurate data
• Respond to data inquiries promptly and document changes appropriately
• Support the development and implementation of data entry procedures to improve efficiency

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with strong accuracy and speed
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with the cannabis industry and related regulations preferred, but not mandatory
