WE’RE HIRING — DATA ENTRY KEYER (FULLY REMOTE)
Join our team in a fully remote capacity as a Data Entry Keyer, supporting project, finance and administrative workflows across our construction and utility operations. In this role you’ll ensure accurate, timely data input and maintain digital records so remote and onsite teams can rely on consistent project information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter large volumes of project, financial, and administrative data from remote sources.
• Use keyboard/data-entry systems to input and update records, maintaining high speed and accuracy.
• Verify and reconcile typed data for completeness and consistency; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and records for easy remote access by project and finance teams.
• Collaborate with remote data managers, operations staff, and project coordinators to align data with business needs.
• Contribute to process documentation and propose improvements to remote data-entry workflows.
• Monitor and report keying performance and accuracy metrics to supervisors.
• Protect confidentiality and security of sensitive data by following company policies and remote work best practices.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or associate training in data entry/office administration is desirable.
• Proven experience in data entry, typing, records management, or clerical roles; remote work experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Typing proficiency and comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and data-entry systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
