About the Role:
We’re hiring a Data Entry Controller to support our warehouse team with accurate inventory tracking and timely data updates. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain warehouse inventory data in WMS or ERP systems.
- Track goods received, dispatched, and returned
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock movement reports
- Cross-verify physical inventory with system data
- Organize and maintain digital and paper records of transactions
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
- Follow data confidentiality and compliance protocols
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of data entry experience in a warehouse/logistics setting
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of WMS, ERP, or SAP is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Well-organized and good with time management
- Good communication skills in English
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Willing to work shifts as per warehouse operations
Working Conditions:
- 9-hour duty including break + shift
- Location-based onsite work
