Our operations span specialty packaging and custom assembly for materials including single, double, and triple wall corrugated fiberboard, wood, and foam, serving the Retail-Consumer and business services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data from multiple sources including paper documents, electronic files, and audio recordings
• Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entry
• Maintain confidentiality and data security in all processes
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry procedures
• Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background
• Proven data entry experience or relevant educational experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles
• Prior clerical or administrative experience is an advantage
