OneMD is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our healthcare team remotely. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient and administrative data, supporting clinical operations, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information responsibly while helping streamline daily healthcare processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update patient records, medical files, and administrative data
• Review data for completeness and correctness, correcting errors as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information in line with HIPAA regulations
• Input insurance details, billing codes, and appointment information
• Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
• Assist with data cleanup, audits, and reporting tasks

Requirements:

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license (state-specific)
