Credentia is seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves accurate and timely data entry, maintaining data integrity, and supporting administrative workflows. This position ensures that organizational systems remain current, secure, and compliant while providing flexible remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in Credentia’s systems, including candidate registrations, exam results, demographic information, and supporting documentation.
- Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with relevant teams as needed.
- Scan, upload, and organize documents electronically while maintaining secure digital files.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credentialing, Scheduling, Support) via email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets for remote data entry tasks, including entries per hour, error rate, and turnaround times.
- Maintain a dedicated, professional home workspace with reliable internet and adhere to remote work protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of data entry, administrative support, or related experience; healthcare credentialing experience is a plus.
- Previous experience working remotely is beneficial.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal systems.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace.

Working Conditions & Schedule:
