About the role:
Dyco Elevate Midstream Partners is seeking a meticulous, self-driven Part-Time Data Entry Clerk & Administrative Assistant to join our expanding, remote team. This role requires excellent organizational ability, strong written communication, and the capability to manage multiple tasks independently. Main Duties:
• Maintain accurate records for projects, assignments, and progress tracking.
• Proofread entries and verify completed work to prevent duplication and ensure correctness.
• Research and gather information from online sources as required.
• Review spreadsheets, logs, and reports to confirm data accuracy.
• Enter and update information across spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.
• Follow up to collect missing details for incomplete documentation.
• Cleanse, correct, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Maintain strong typing speed with high accuracy.
• Juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients via email, chat, or video calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting principles is preferred.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
