Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-accessioning order processing, including patient and order creation
• Conduct post-accessioning tasks and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with customer support teams for kit requests and missing information
• Maintain compliance and meet established service-level agreements (SLAs) and objectives (OKRs)
• Participate in team meetings and additional tasks as directed by team leads
Qualifications Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or related field
• Strong data entry and typing skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Some college education in science or related field
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce and JIRA
• Passion for patient care
