About the Job:
Sort and Stack LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Associate to support the accuracy and consistency of company data. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operational reporting, order tracking, and record management. While the position is primarily remote, occasional in-person collaboration or training at the Oklahoma City facility may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update large volumes of data related to shipments, orders, and inventory.
- Review, verify, and reconcile information for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure timely data entry to support warehouse operations and administrative teams.
- Cross-check digital records against physical or scanned documents.
- Generate routine and custom reports for management and client partners.
- Identify inconsistencies or missing data and follow up for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members both remotely and on-site to maintain workflow continuity.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data security standards across all systems.
- Support administrative functions such as digital filing, labeling, and archiving of company records.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets to uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, office administration, or related roles.
- Familiarity with logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred.
- Proven ability to maintain focus and productivity in remote or hybrid settings.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with exceptional attention to detail.
