Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive administrative support to team executives and departments across a variety of operational tasks.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate internal meetings and events.
- Prepare and process travel arrangements, expense reports, and related documentation.
- Handle accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
- Assist in document filing, scanning, and digital record management.
- Support payroll processing and monthly administrative reports.
- Order office supplies and coordinate logistical needs as required.
- Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to support smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or data entry, ideally within hospitality or professional services.
