Description:

Triad Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Associate to join its growing team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and experience in financial or mortgage-related environments who can manage documentation, communicate effectively, and ensure accurate loan processing support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling loan documentation, supporting processing activities, and maintaining clear communication with borrowers, loan officers, and internal teams. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and stakeholders to provide loan status updates.

• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Process and organize loan documentation in accordance with compliance standards.

• Request additional information from applicants when required.

• Support originations and customer care teams with overflow workload.

• Ensure timely processing of credit decisions and documentation updates.

• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or mortgage industry.

• Strong knowledge of loan processing and documentation procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer systems.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines under pressure.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Loan origination and mortgage processing workflows.

• Encompass or similar loan processing systems (preferred).

• Financial documentation handling and compliance standards.
