Description:
Verisma is seeking a Data Entry and Validation (DE&V) Specialist to join our team and support project intake and uploads into VRM. This role acts as a crucial liaison between operations staff and HPR Account Specialists, coordinating with internal and external clients to facilitate health plan requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and triage inventory received by the Health Plan Request Team against Verisma’s facility site list, determining the correct client or identifying items not associated with Verisma
  • Maintain regular communication with HPR Account Specialists regarding assigned files
  • Follow established facility and requestor guidelines for fees, exceptions, and intake procedures
  • Stay current on facility requirements, rates, approval protocols, and specialized instructions
  • Enter faxed requests from facilities accurately
  • Upload high-volume health plan requests into VRM batches efficiently
  • Process single patient health plan requests using the ROIS App
  • Generate clear and professional patient lists from Excel inventory files
  • Update inventory files and team trackers consistently
  • Respond promptly to emails to avoid delays in processing
  • Conduct daily reviews of uploaded batches to confirm successful completion
  • Immediately address errors or omissions upon identification
  • Develop expertise in navigating VRM and ROIS App platforms
  • Adapt quickly to last-minute work assignment changes directed by the DE&V Team Manager
  • Maintain professional communication aligned with company standards and metrics
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and requestors
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support department and company needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple resources to follow facility protocols
  • Strong project management skills
  • Capacity to work independently in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Motivation to improve processes for robust, sustainable systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with co-workers and clients
  • Patience and diligence to resolve issues effectively
