The organization is currently hiring a Data Collection Specialist (Software Engineer – Contract Role) to support AI training data workflows by recording, annotating, and documenting software processes with precision and clarity.
This is a remote contract opportunity requiring strong attention to detail, technical familiarity with development tools, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record screen sessions demonstrating specific workflows with clear verbal explanations at each step
• Annotate screenshots of professional software by marking relevant UI elements using precise bounding boxes
• Follow structured staging instructions to configure required UI environments before recording tasks
• Use internal capture tools to document workflows accurately and consistently
• Ensure all tasks meet strict quality standards and adhere to detailed guidelines
• Work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
Requirements:
• Strong familiarity with tools such as Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, Quartus, and VMware
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• Access to a physical Mac system and ability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required
• Fluent English communication skills
• Prior experience in data annotation, QA testing, or workflow documentation is a plus
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and staged environments
