Description
As a Data Cleansing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of material master data. You’ll work closely with Project and Catalog Managers to analyze, standardize, and enhance data records according to established project standards. Your contributions will directly support the success of our clients and the integrity of their data systems.
Key Resonsibilities
- Data Cleansing: Analyze, standardize, and enhance material master data records in alignment with project guidelines.
- Productivity Goals: Maintain a daily output of at least 250 quality records, with a weekly average of 300.
- Time Management: Balance time effectively between analysis, cleansing, and research to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Quality Review: Dedicate the last 30 minutes of each workday to reviewing completed records with the Quality Control Team.
- Collaboration: Communicate regularly with Project and Catalog Managers to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
- Accountability: Take ownership of your work, identify challenges, and proactively seek support or training when needed.
- Flexibility: Be available for overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, cleansing, or related fields
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of industrial spare parts is a plus
- IT or computer maintenance experience is an asset
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus
- Comfortable with extended periods of computer use and screen time
