Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify property details, client information, and transaction records in CRM databases.
  • Review incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Identify and correct data errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain data logs and systematically update records.
  • Process digital documents, contracts, forms, and property files.
  • Ensure proper categorization and storage of documents in the company’s digital filing system.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports for internal use.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor for missing information and follow up with relevant team members.
  • Flag issues or patterns in data inconsistencies.
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify or obtain missing data.
  • Support real estate agents and administrative staff by providing accurate, updated information.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling, document formatting, and file organization when needed.
  • Support marketing or listing teams by uploading property information or data fields as requested.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry, data capture, or administrative support.
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and office software (Google Sheets, Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems.
