HireArt is seeking a meticulous Data Annotation Specialist to support its Data Operations team. This role involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of labeled datasets used in machine learning projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling repetitive, quality-focused tasks with precision.
In this role, you will collaborate with machine learning engineers and cross-functional teams to define quality metrics, improve annotation processes, and maintain high standards for dataset labeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external vendors and ML engineers to curate, review, and deliver high-quality annotated datasets.
- Conduct quality assurance on labeled tasks using third-party and proprietary annotation tools.
- Develop and optimize data labeling workflows and operational processes.
- Provide actionable feedback to enhance annotation tools and increase workflow efficiency.
- Support the Data Annotation Operations Lead with ongoing QA initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in data annotation, data analysis, or related domains (e.g., driving datasets).
- Familiarity with visual and spatial software in 2D and 3D environments (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar tools).
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools, workflows, and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality output.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
