Description:
YO HR Consultancy is seeking experienced Data Analysts with strong SQL skills to collaborate with leading AI labs on project-based engagements. This role focuses on improving agentic tool workflows that support advanced AI applications. The position is fully remote, flexible, and suitable for professionals interested in contributing to cutting-edge AI initiatives. Engagements may be short-term or ongoing depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop realistic workflows involving SQL manipulation of datasets from day-to-day tasks
• Validate and evaluate solutions for workflow-related problems
• Review and validate AI model tool use capabilities related to your workflows (no prior AI tool use experience required)
• Assess data quality and implement validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Ideal Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a similar quantitative field
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and joins across large datasets
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred
