A leading organization in Al Sajaa, Sharjah is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join its team on a two-year contract. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data, generating meaningful insights, and supporting business decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, preparing reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to communicate complex information through professional presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data

• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and analytical summaries

• Develop and maintain KPI tracking systems and performance dashboards

• Support business analysis and project management office (PMO) activities

• Create data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports

• Present findings and recommendations to management and business teams

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Business Analysis, or PMO Support

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong presentation and reporting skills using Microsoft PowerPoint

• Experience developing KPI reports and business dashboards

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong knowledge of:

• Pivot Tables and advanced Excel functions

• XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH formulas

• Power Query and data transformation techniques

• KPI reporting and performance measurement

• Dashboard development and business reporting

• Data analysis and visualization methodologies

• Executive-level presentation preparation
