Jump – Advisor AI is seeking a detail-oriented and impact-driven Data Analyst to join its engineering team. The company focuses on building data-driven solutions that improve decision-making across product, operations, and business functions.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM to analyze complex datasets, define business metrics, and deliver insights that directly influence strategic decisions. You will also contribute to building scalable and reliable data models that support long-term analytics infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Define and maintain core business metrics for organizational alignment
• Develop and maintain analytical data models (fact and dimension tables)
• Support data transformation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Improve data quality, documentation, and reporting standards
• Contribute to forecasting, experimentation analysis, and predictive modeling initiatives
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern cloud data warehouse tools
• Experience with exploratory data analysis and actionable insight generation
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with analytical data modeling and BI tools
• Familiarity with:
• dbt, SQLMesh, or Dataform
• BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma
• Data ingestion tools like Airbyte, Fivetran, or Stitch
• Strong knowledge of:
• SQL and Data Warehousing
• Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema, Fact & Dimension Tables)
• Business Analytics and KPI Development
