The company is currently hiring a Data Analyst II with a strong focus on billing, revenue, and financial analytics. This role is designed for an experienced data professional who can transform complex financial and transactional datasets into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

The selected candidate will work closely with finance, sales operations, and business leadership teams to analyze revenue trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and develop scalable data models and dashboards. This position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity, enhancing reporting systems, and driving data-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain revenue, billing, and financial performance reports across products, regions, and business segments

• Analyze sales, commissions, quota attainment, and incentive effectiveness in collaboration with Finance and Sales Ops teams

• Build dashboards and data models linking pipeline activity, bookings, and billed revenue outcomes

• Integrate and consolidate data from Salesforce, billing platforms, and financial systems into unified reporting models

• Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation strategy optimization through data insights

• Deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership decision-making

• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and data governance policies

• Maintain high standards of data integrity and support cross-functional analytical initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analytics roles

• Strong proficiency in SQL, KQL, and/or Python for data querying and transformation

• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or similar

• Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization and storytelling tools

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights

• Experience working with SaaS, revenue, or enterprise financial data preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience working with Salesforce, Workday, or similar enterprise systems is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or analytical field required
