Description:
One Inc, a leading provider of digital payment solutions in the insurtech space, is seeking a motivated Data Analyst I to join our Analytics team. As a rapidly growing company, One Inc relies heavily on data to inform strategic decisions, optimize resources, and drive revenue. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate across departments and work with large datasets to deliver actionable insights that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze new client opportunities by identifying synergies within our vendor network, building revenue projections, and assisting the Sales Team with client-facing presentations
- Build automated reporting tools, dashboards, and presentations; conduct ad hoc analyses to provide business insights
- Monitor client performance post go-live and refine projection models as necessary
- Design consumable graphics and reports to communicate key product insights and trends
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify user behavior patterns, product trends, and business opportunities
- Coordinate research requests with internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years working with large datasets, proficient in SQL and Python, capable of connecting multiple data sources
- Skilled in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Self-motivated, able to work in unstructured environments and collaborate effectively
- Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
