LM Exchange LLC is seeking a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Document Controller to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, have strong analytical skills, and are available to start immediately.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with different departments to ensure records are complete and up to date. Candidates currently residing in the UAE, including those on visit visas, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update, organize, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare reports while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Organize, file, and monitor company documents efficiently.
• Follow up with internal departments to collect required information and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information.
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and document management.
