Description:
Vismaya is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Manager to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in enterprise cybersecurity solutions and a proven ability to develop new business while expanding strategic customer accounts.
The successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, build long-term relationships with enterprise and government clients, and work closely with technical and consulting teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions. This position offers a competitive salary along with an attractive uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive cybersecurity revenue growth by developing a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, tenders, and industry events.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and solution development to negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop strategic accounts across Government, BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Transport, and Healthcare sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with presales and consulting teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, SOWs, and commercial models.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and coordinate joint account planning with OEM partners.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of B2B technology sales experience, including at least 4 years in cybersecurity sales.
• Proven record of achieving sales quotas and closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Strong relationships within GCC enterprise and government sectors.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with OEM channel partners is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex sales opportunities independently.
Strong knowledge of:
• Network Security, XDR, IAM/PAM, SIEM/SOAR, OT Security, GRC, and Managed Security Services
• Palo Alto, Fortinet, CyberArk, and Microsoft security solutions
• Enterprise cybersecurity sales, account management, and business development
