Engagement Description
Temporary 2–3-month engagement to cover a LOA.
The incumbent will be responsible for excellent customer service to our policy holders via phone, web-based LiveChat and email. Responsibilities will include coordinating and support the processing and handling of policy changes for existing policyholders and answering questions or resolving concerns. This is a detail oriented, fast-paced role and is critical to providing best-in-class service to our policyholder customers.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
- Excellent customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance office experience
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

- Agent health license or LTCP designation
