Description:
Mangomint is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping people, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service by responding to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and empathy, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries, primarily through chat and occasionally over calls
- Continuously improve your knowledge of Mangomint products and the industry to provide expert-level support
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Document frequent customer issues and share solutions
- Provide personalized support and follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Work schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 9 AM – 6 PM MST
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software support or similar role
- Quick learner with a proactive, “I’ll figure it out” attitude
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Genuine passion for connecting with diverse customers and providing respectful, empathetic service
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with salons, spas, or beauty & wellness is a plus
