Description:
RemoteHunter is seeking a committed and technically capable Customer Support Specialist to join their customer-facing team supporting a healthcare analytics platform. This role focuses on helping PACE programs and other care providers get the most value from data-driven tools that surface clinical risk, visualize trends, and support operational decisions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with product teams, and delivering clear, empathetic support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely, high-quality support to clients using phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the organization’s analytics and software solutions.
• Work closely with software developers, data analysts, and other internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Log and track client interactions, incidents, and resolutions in the support system.
• Escalate more complex issues appropriately and follow through until resolved.
• Ensure support activities comply with healthcare industry standards and privacy requirements.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and share insights to improve product and support processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in customer support within healthcare technology or a related tech environment.
• Solid understanding of healthcare technology concepts and client support methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
