Description:
8am is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Specialist – Payments to join our team. The role involves providing consistent, reliable service and support to our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and able to explain complex issues clearly while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer support calls and provide troubleshooting assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and support ticketing systems
- Ensure customers receive reliable and consistent service during every interaction
- Stay updated on new product releases
- Document and track issues, including steps to reproduce them
- Investigate customer-reported issues and provide solutions
- Educate customers on 8am products, including Mycase, LawPay, and CPACharge
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and friendly demeanor
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond positively to challenging situations
- Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or similar programs
- Daily availability to answer inbound support calls
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows, decision-making, or innovation
