We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for individuals engaging with our programs. About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will guide users through defined workflows, answer questions, gather required information, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience throughout each interaction. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, organization, and consistency across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries and guide individuals through standard processes
- Conduct short, structured information-gathering calls using predefined scripts
- Accurately document notes and update internal records immediately after each interaction
- Monitor assigned task queues and keep daily activities on schedule
- Identify unusual or complex cases and escalate them to internal team leads
- Support smooth handoffs and coordination between internal teams
Requirements:
