As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they utilize Connecteam’s platform effectively, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and enhance overall satisfaction. You will manage incoming tickets, prioritize tasks, and provide feedback to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers via various communication channels, ensuring success and satisfaction
  • Deliver timely, high-quality support while maintaining performance standards
  • Educate clients on Connecteam best practices tailored to their business needs
  • Provide live feedback to the Customer Success team regarding feature requests, missing capabilities, and workflow improvements

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or client-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable to fast-paced, startup environments
  • Team player, open to feedback and idea sharing
  • Positive, empathetic, and high-energy personality
  • Strong time management and independent work skills
  • Ability to work remotely Monday to Friday
