FloSports is a leading digital sports platform delivering live events, news, and media content for niche and underserved sports communities worldwide. We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to support our track & field platforms, MileSplit and DirectAthletics. This role is remote and requires a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, averaging 20 hours per week, with seasonal fluctuations up to 30 hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer, escalating technical issues, outages, or concerns that impact user experience.
• Actively listen to customer challenges, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions that transform problems into positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance metrics.
• Collaborate with supervisors on projects and tasks, offering creative solutions and adapting to new challenges.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Passion for track & field or cross-country with knowledge of the sport.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and proactive ownership of challenges.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
