Description:
Ambry Genetics is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative I to join our remote team. This role is focused on assisting clients, managing incoming requests, and ensuring accurate documentation of all client interactions while receiving guidance and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and timely support to clients through various communication channels.
• Retrieve and process inbound requests, directing clients to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Document client interactions comprehensively within Ambry systems.
• Maintain follow-up lists and track pending items for efficient workflow management.
• Review and correctly process documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Respond to frequently asked questions regarding Ambry products and procedures.
• Organize documents and attach them to corresponding cases.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, including real-time support and inter-department coordination.
• Demonstrate knowledge in preliminary billing and insurance processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher; transcripts or diploma required.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills, with the ability to work within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Working knowledge of standard office equipment and software.
• Ability to interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Basic mathematical skills and reasoning ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, data entry, or healthcare/clinical laboratory administration.
