We’re Hiring – Customer Support & Operations Associate (Part-Time)

Tuli Lodge is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Support & Operations Associate to join our team. This role is both customer-facing and operational, managing daily guest communications and supporting booking operations. You will be the first point of contact for guest inquiries and play a crucial role in delivering a smooth and thoughtful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via email with professionalism and clarity.
  • Send friendly, well-written customer communications with correct grammar and spelling.
  • Process refunds, booking changes, and customer updates using the Mariana Tek booking platform.
  • Adjust customer bookings and backend settings as needed.
  • Maintain a daily summary report of emails sent, issues handled, and any follow-ups or flagged items.
  • Follow and contribute to improvements in the Customer Experience (CX) playbook.
  • Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities to enhance customer experience.

  • Strong written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Quick learner, comfortable with new software and tools.

Compensation & Structure:

  • $22/hour, part-time, hourly employment.
  • Approximately 10–15 hours per week (~2 hours/day, excluding Tuesdays).
  • Remote work within Washington State (other U.S. states considered case-by-case).
