Description:
Castle Connolly, a subsidiary of Everyday Health Group, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our Account Management team. In this role, you will support physician and hospital sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and help maximize revenue. This position reports to the Director of Customer Success and is integral to ensuring client satisfaction while driving renewals, upsells, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage active physician and practice accounts on a daily basis
• Secure account renewals and upsell integrated packages to doctors, marketing professionals, and practice managers
• Onboard new accounts and ensure prompt setup
• Maintain account records and CRM tools for accurate information sharing
• Collaborate with internal teams including research, marketing, editorial, social, and ad operations
• Oversee partner operations including invoicing and renewal agreements
• Balance multiple projects, evaluate workload, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Provide excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Communicate clearly, set expectations, and ensure timely delivery of results

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of sales account management experience, preferably in healthcare or with healthcare providers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitments
• Customer-first attitude, professionalism, and responsiveness
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
